Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, has commended the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) for its relentless efforts in combating the sale, distribution, and consumption of illicit drugs.
Speaking at the National Police Service stand during the official opening of the Mombasa International Show, the Deputy President assured DCI Director, Mr Mohamed I. Amin, of the government’s continued support in ensuring that the fight against drugs is sustained, aiming for a drug-free society.
Gachagua also highlighted significant achievements in the war on drugs across the Coastal region and urged the DCI to persist in its efforts without hesitation.
